© Powered by India Today OnePlus launched its new 55-inch 4K Android TV in India, priced at Rs 39,999.OnePlus on Friday launched its new Android smart TV in the Indian market with a 55-inch 4K screen, big speakers and OxygenPlay 2.0. The smart TV is priced at Rs 39,999 and will be available on OnePlus.in, Amazon.in, Flipkart as well as OnePlus Experience Stores and all major offline partner stores.
The new OnePlus TV 55 Y1S Pro has an excellent bezel-less design and a host of smart features. Some of the key features of OnePlus TV are 4K UHD display, up to 24W speakers, latest OxygenPlay 2.0 rich content and much more.
The OnePlus TV 55 Y1S Pro will go on sale on December 13 at 12:00 PM. As part of the introductory offer, the company is offering an instant discount of Rs 3,000 to ICICI Bank card customers, but the offer will be valid till December 25. Additionally, OnePlus is offering up to nine months of no-cost EMI on all major banking transactions across all sales channels.
The Android Smart TV features a 4K UHD display that delivers 10-bit color depth and "amazing color accuracy with over a billion colors in every frame." It also offers HDR10+, HDR10, and HLG formats, which the company claims provides a better viewing experience.
OnePlus TV is equipped with an advanced gamma engine that intelligently adjusts graphics to deliver crystal clear content with dynamic contrast and lifelike colours. It also features MEMC technology that improves fast-moving scenes and delivers smoother, more realistic movements. The OnePlus 55-inch TV comes with Dolby Audio, which the company says provides a cinematic audio experience. It also includes a speaker with up to 24 watts of output power, which the company says provides a balanced sound profile and cinematic audio experience.
The OnePlus TV 55 Y1S Pro comes with Android TV 10.0 based on OxygenPlay 2.0, which brings a number of features including Kids Mode via the OnePlus Connect 2.0 app. This allows users to control what content their children watch on TV. In addition, the OnePlus Connect app allows users to set a specific time to automatically turn off OnePlus Smart TVs at a specified time. OxygenPlay 2.0 provides instant access to over 230 live channels, news and sports updates, as well as a wide range of international and local entertainment.
